2017 CAA Customer Satisfaction Survey

The CAA seeks feedback on an ongoing basis from programs and stakeholders to ensure that the academic accreditation program offered by the CAA is of the highest quality and not only meets, but exceeds, programs’ needs and expectations. The CAA analyzes the collected data to plan for and make improvements and efficiencies in its processes.

Invitations were sent via email in mid-September to all academic and clinical faculty of CAA-accredited and candidate programs. The survey will close on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
